The Gollum likes to make a guest appearance every now and then (btw have you seen Mambo's anti-gollum sig??).

We liked it so much we stayed after the Chemicals finished and all the toerags were rolling around in the plastic pintpots.

I know, how disrespectful to Gollums

When people on here refer to a "davis" is it what I think it is and why do they say a Davis???

Did someone get mixed up with a Gary Ablett and say a Gary Davis and its stuck from that???

Nope, they mean 'Pup's Powder'

Some of us say to take a p1ss out of a bloke we know who says it. Constantly.

I feared this would happen - it'd pass into normal usage by repitition.

(I believe the X-man took the bloke in question to taski on the logic of it's usage and ascertained the Davis in question is Dickie Davies. I followed the logic and think it's 'cos he's a got a white line in his hair)

Do not use it. Ever. The phrase that is.

Friday - Interviews in the afternoon, stopped off at local on way home for "one or two". Stayed till closing, got hammered.

Saturday - Slept till about 12ish, went down pub to watch football results, then worked from 7 till 11.30. Was meant to go to a party but it had finished by the time I left work - obviously not the greatest party

Sunday - Went to the driving range to practice my golf swing. Getting some new clubs for christmas so though i'd get some practice in before hand.

Friday - Dinner and Drinks in Clapham. Home by 1am.

Saturday - shopping in Chelsea. Still got loads to buy and its getting late!!
Dinner in Covent garden and then onto XXL atthe Arches in London Bridge. Music was amazing. Stayed there until 4.30am. Quick stop at home to pick up a few friends and then onto Beyond in Vauxhall. Not one of their better nights but still managed to stay until 9.30am.

Sunday - A few post Beyond drinks at home until midday. Three hours sleep and then back out drinking in London. Got home by 11pm.

I think I had Gary Ablet in my first ever Fantasy League team in 93 or something. Or maybe it was someone else

Fri: Celebrated Spain's p*ss easy World Cup Group.

Sat: went to Type. Danny Howells was a bit dissapointing. He played 3 till 6 and didnt really get going till 5. His first two hours were slightly dull and monotonous. Seb was outstanding however, far better than Howells, he had the place rocking from 12 till 3

Last time I saw Howels it wasn't as good as I'd expected... According to my friend the promoter, Danny decided the club looked like a rave and so put on the hardest stuff he had available. Still a good party though.

I've always been pleased with Seb's sets. He put in a solid appearance here a month or so ago.

2 Many DJs were very much on form. Still puts a smile on my face thinking back to this clubbing weekend
