Weekend Rundowns

Fri - drinks in town, then out for dinner with Dom.
Sat - Met up with the lovely Babs in Ealing for 'a couple' of drinks! Yeah right couple of bottles.
ended up getting our boys to meet us and wheel me home! was lovely to meet someone who can talk as much as me Babs!
Sun- Pub for lunch and hair of the dog, then off to work thing in the eve. Free bar = very drunk Sandi.

I think it could be dangerous that our respective boys both often work on Saturdays leaving us 2 home alone and in the same vicinity as each other
fri - Plan was to head to 'mills for Nick Warren, but a last minute meeting with our friend Davis resulted in us getting in too late and we missed his set 
sat - In the studio for a bit, then out to 'Sirrocco' for a mate's bday party. It was actually pretty fun, playing 'club classics' that the missus and I could sing along to fueled by our £6.50 vodka tonics (ouch). Sorry to Morbyd that we couldn't meet up! Definitely next time buddy!
sun - more work on my various studio projects while TCMS studied, relaxing and productive day

I passed out in a wine coma about 10pm and was woke at 2am by Martin (the cat) licking my fingers!

I don't know how you managed to wax your leg and get scrubbed up yesterday, all I was good for was laying on the sofa in Tom's clothes eating crap
Ministry was really good, I had one of those nights where I thought I was completely sober but when I look back I realise I was completely OOC
FRIDAY:
Went to see Armand van Helden. Those of you who warned me last week that he would do a pretty bad set heavy on the rock mixes were quite correct. At least a whole hour of them! And many of them really obvious things like Blur Song 2 and White Stripes. Hardly innovative! By the time he played "Eye of the Tiger" I had walked off the dancefloor in disgust. He only played for 2 hours anyway - pathetic.
SATURDAY: 8)
Decent music at last...... went to see Damian Lazarus play a small bar in town. The set was outstanding, atmosphere was intimate and electric and everyone was in a great mood. Tried to go to a thanksgiving warehouse party after 2am when the bar shut but ended up driving around for almost an hour as I couldn't remember where the warehouse was. This was a blessing in disguise, however, as we ended-up going to the Lazarus afterparty instead - free bar and awesome tuneage till almost 10am!
Also one of my friends was inducted into the 'academy of rave' for the first time this weekend
and won't stop texting me about what a great night it was.

arty round at mine, then out into town. Met a really nice girl who I've now got a date with this week 8) Ended up back at an afterparty with about 30 folk till 5pm on Sunday...officially the most night of my life
Sun: Left the afterparty at 5pm, then went to meet 20 mates for dinner, unfortunately I couldnt eat a thing! After dinner, went out again with lots of mates, really good night.
