Weekend Rundowns

Thurs - Met with Mikkak and her two sisters at a Tapas bar in the centre of Palma, Mallorca for a Tapas meal. Its official, they are the 'beautiful people' inside and out and I am totally in love with all three of them. They are truly gorgeous with lovely personalities. Afterwards they whisked me away for drinks at a late bar/club at 1am, which was packed with all the locals. It was fantastic with two DJs playing great Balearic house music. I felt it was like Bora Bora but with a harbour and yachts instead of a beach. We left around 3.45am and they kindly drove me to my hotel.

Fri - Up at 7.30am quick shower, breakfast and pack then off to the airport at 9.30am. Arrived in the UK with a bumpy landing due to the wind at 2pm. Once home had to do a quick food shopping run then unpack and also get my records sorted as I was DJing from 7.30pm til midnight.

Sat - Had to be up early as I was running my pal and his wife to the train station, then off to Newcastle for vinyl retail therapy. Spent £105 on vinyl!!! OMG!!! Gigging from 7.30pm til midnight again then dumped my gear at home then off to Shindig @ Digital for Harry Choo Choo Romero. Great night got home at 5am.

Sun - Slept til 4pm recovering from the last few days. Started recording vinyl to laptop as Sundays gig has no turntables. Gigged from 10pm til 00.30am then home and crashed out! Busy weekend!!

we are also working on opening a womens clothes/accessories shop in February which is taking all our time...more details to come...

ohhhh HELLO Les how nice, you are a SO SWEET still haven't been able to wrItte down my weekend review. As DjSoulman said we meet him in a tapas bar and after we went to el Garito. The time flew away and when I realised was about 4 in the morning, we had a really nice time, Les is a very nice discovery and we had a really nice time chatting with him. How nice was to meet you, me and my sisters agree that we would like to meet you again. you got a top personality

But, using my English/Spanish dictionary is taking ages and the computer crashed so I have to start again.

Ended up weeping all day yesterday cos I didn't want them to go and i'm left feeling more torn between FLT and the north than ever. Dad was on top form though, what a hero.

Aww I know how you feel my lovely, it's so hard been away from your family at times Glad to hear that you Dad is on good form tho

thurs: up at 3am to bristol airport, forgot passport major panic, but managed to go back and get it and catch flight to Palma. Arrive at 10am, and got the 11.10 to Ibiza. Lunch at Peralta in San Carlos, gorgeous.
Slept a huge siesta, and then picked my man up from work, and had a wonderful cosy dinner.

fri: beautiful sunny morning, sat and roasted my legs Nice cheap lunch at el falucho, and then off to see girlfriends. Picked up my man from work and another cosy dinner.

sat: breakfast en san carlos, long walk in the woods looking for setas, and then we hibernated the pool for the summer, and attempted to sort out a very damp bedroom. Dehumidifier on full blast!!!!! Spain V ?????? in the evening.

sun: breakfast in sta gertrudis, then on to san mateo to see friends. On the way home we went to Cala Llonga, which was deserted and butifully quiet. decided to go to out for dinner, but by the time the fire was burning nicely, we decided to snuggle up and eat at home.

mon: girlfriend came to pick me up and we had breakfast in sta eulalia and watched the heavens open. spectacular weather, really enjoyed the show had lunch with friends and then despite wantin to go out for dinner we curled up infront of the fire, bliss 8)

tues: early flite to palma, and then on to bristol. and here i am lookin forward to being back in ibiza in 2weeks time

What a lovely weekend. I miss Ibiza soooo much after reading that.
