I have finally managed to make it into work this morning 
What a weekend.
Friday - Finished work and drove 300 miles down to my mates, few drinks locally and tucked up in bed by 3.30am.
Sat - Up early for Global Gathering. My mates Mrs drove us all down to Stratford town centre. Being sensible we went for some lunch before we headed over to Long Marston. Arrived at 4sih. Got through security and boy am I glad I was not carrying anything. Sniffer dog came right up to us
Saw a few others getting dragged away after the dog payed them attention.
Had a wander around the tents to get our bearings - Gods tent was done by far the best. No expense spared here on lighting. Far more effort put into it than I have ever seen at Creamfields. Stocked up on a few beers and headed for the R1 Beach just as Shapeshifters were finishing. Stayed here for a while and saw Eric Prydz and Junior Jack & Kid Creme and warmed up nicely. Seen one pikey who was so pilled up that he thought his bottle of water was his mobile phone
Think his tarrif was H2O Funnies thing I have seen. Some other pikeys offered us some ket but we declined
Judge Jules was getting ready to come on and the crowd on the beach was getting too packed so we got out and sat at the side on the grass for a while until the cheesey DJ came on and then we headed over to Gods.
Although we had seen a sniffer dog at the entrance we found it really hard to see 'a man about a dog' once inside
Got sorted and stocked up on more beers and headed up to Gods Tent and things start getting a little hazy. Its been a while since I had a full on trance sesh but I was comepletely blown away and we stayed here for hours. Saw Marco V, Mauro Picotto and AVB.(not usually my sort of thing) Lots of classics dropped 8) The liquid gold was flowing and the bottles were never away from our noses I remember my mate Ant telling me that I am his bestest mate and that he loves me and Kaz 
Kaz saying that this was the best time of her life and it was not even midnight
About 1 am ish
I came up with the good idea of heading to the fun fair. Went on the Crazy mouse and we all had the biggest sniff of popps at the top of the hill The bars had ran out of beer 
so it was water or some shit energy drink. Headed to babooshka and saw some of David Guetta which was alright. The next couple of hours are hazy but I remeber going into Polysexual and walking straig back out - the smell of sweat I remember being back in the gods tent. Fergie and Eddie Halliwell were shit Bad choice IMO.
Left the site about 6.30am and started to walk back to wards Stratford before our lift picked us up at the side of the road looking worse for wear. Crawled into bed sometime after 9am.
Sun - Got up at 1ish and went for sunday lunch and recovered on beers and a bottle of JD.
Mon - Woke up feeling like I was dying.
Aches and pains and bruises too. Drove the 300 mile drive home and took Kaz to the docs - she got throat infection - oops
Got to work today and feel better. Left Kaz at home in bed with her antibiotics Got some great pics and videos on my phone.
Defo going back next year
