How much do I love Bank Holiday Weekends
Fri - got offered a fab freelancing job 6pm Friday evening so Tom cooked me fancy dinner and had a few vinos to celebrate
Sat - out in the sunshine all afternoon having lunch and a few spritzers with a friend. Watched Chelsea become Champions which meant Tom was the happiest boy in London Town, kind of made of up for Forest being relegated

Went out early evening to pop in and say hi at Alex's night and met Jon and Bec, then quick hop across the river to Ministry. I was a bit dubious about seeing Erick, I used to be his number 1 stalker but thought he'd really gone down the pan over the last few years but was prepared to give him another go. Nice little warm-up in the Bar with Marc and then into the Box where blokey from Who da Funk was playing, and as I walked in Cassius - Le Mouche (sp??) was playing and I know it was going to be one of those nights

The new Swedish pup addition to the Subliminal family played next Steve Angello and he is my new official stalkee

So by the time Erick came on the night had already been blinding but Erick topped it off big style-eeeee, one exploding moment after another, just like the good old Erick sets of old and when he finished with MAW - To be in Love (mine and Tom's wedding song

) I did literally explode. Played til 8.30am as well, just like the good old Ministry days

Kidnapped Jon and Bec at the end of the night, went back to ours for a few rose and Lucozade shenanigans, then drove over east to meet up with Jamie and co in preparation for the main event, the first Secret Sundaze of the year

Lover Rachel had just got back from New Zealand as well so lots of minxiness followed. Was a bit worried if SS would be as good now it had moved to The Poet from 93ft East but it was even better, a proper outside terrace just like DC10 where it was proper going off from 2pm, lots of dirrrrttty electro. What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon throwing a few shapes in the sunshine

Poor Tom had to leave at 6pm to go to SFP (stupid family party) despite our best intentions to kidnap him, we left about 8pm and went back to Jamies where birthday boy Alex turned up. Lots more minxiness followed, Tom got back from SFP about midnight and we went out on a little adventure for Alex's birthday, a roll around in Jesus Green, playground antics and a few road cloasures

Had a bit of fruit therapy from the fruit therapist Rachel and did makeovers

finally passed out in wine coma about 4.30am having a little slumber party at Jamies
Mon - woke up at Jamies, got on the rose, went out for lunch for Alex's birthday, had another roll around in Jesus Green in the sunshine, back to Jamies and then come 9pm remembered we live in West London so reluctantly came home.
Bring on the next Bank Holiday
