Allow us a little bit of happiness for once. :D
Ok.. just this once ;)
David James was monumental in that game. I think it was actually Carlo Cudicini in a David James mask.

Left there at 6. Then the night turned wierd! Went to Sid's pub/afterhours/bar/club just off tottenham court rd...anyone been there..barbie i'm looking in your direction for this one. :D

Robo - is this place like just off the main road, like in a square? you have to go down some steps to get in? There's a green neon sign saying "Sid's"?

If so, Jon works directly opposite  We've always wondered what Sids is like ;)

Don't think I'm familiar with that one, will add it to my to-do list

Does it serve alcohol??

What's happened to you Robo? Arf!

The Sunday do at Sid's is called Absolution. Can't remember the street - it's a name like Alfred Steet or Frederick Steet :?:

David James has been outstanding all season.

Sadly The Sun-buying public have made certain that he will never play for England again for condemning him for mistakes he made years ago.

people who run the don't stay in website organised it, or there was a lot of people in there from the don't stay in forums. i dunno. one of the two...

The latter is definitely the case, the former may be partially true.....

Fri: had the afternoon off work, took an afternoon flight over to Dublin, checked into our hotel and was out and about on the town by 7pm :D Met up with an old friend from Sligo in the Stag's Head, then skipped down to a pre-club bar called Traffic to meet up with some more mates before heading to catch Digweed @ Redbox. He was on by the time we got there and he was ok but for nothing special - not a patch on Sasha @ Fabric. Back for an after-party at a mates house which lasted 'til well past dawn 8O :D

Sat: up and about and into town. My mate lost both his coat and jacket (including passport 8O) at the Redbox so he went shopping for a new jacket. We then hit McDaid's pub and watched the Wales - England match -- the crowd were very pleased with the result. Afterwards my lucky mate managed to retrieve both coat and jacket from the club! Went for a meal with more friends and later hit a bar called Tribeca to see a DJ Luke Chable who played some nice progressive house. Back to me mates for more late night shenanigans :D

Sun: off the the airport and back to Cambridge

A top weekend all round :D

Fri: Stayed in for the first time in ages and realised how bad Friday night telly is. Never again!

Sat: Club Class's 8th birthday. Queued for 40 mins to get upstairs where Pete Tong and Nic Fanciulli were playing. Was getting a bit pi$$ed to be queing for even longer after just paying 15 quid to get in, but all was forgiven once I got up there just as Pete Tong was announcing the start of the Essential Mix! Superb music, really deep, dirty and filthy, which suits the venue perfectly!! Awesome night! 8)

It's in Alfred Place, just near Goodge St Station. Ahahaha... me and Jon have always poked our noses in there coz we always hear banging music coming from down those stairs.

I will check it out one day, although I would guess I would hate it in there 8O (Is it like the Royal Oak 8O :? )
