Fri - Drove around for hours waiting for Pete Tong to mention So..., because sitting still for three hours is impossible! Didn't he have problem pronouncing Anil's second name?

Sat: Footy - managed to surrender a 3-0 lead and looked like it was going to finish 3-3, but we scored in the last minute! 16 wins in 16 games now! Was a fairly rough game So... I limped out to So... when the evening came.

Sat night: So... discussed elsewhere
8)
Sun: Went from So... to Egg, via some really nice estates in Kings X, due to a road closure. Left Egg at chucking out time (1pm) with X-Amount as the only other Spotlighter still keeping up. On to Ziegfried in Hoxton and drank through until 6/7ish I think (Dan?). We decided to go home but once I got in a cab, I had a thirst come on and ended up in The Tottenham pub next to Tottenham Court Road station. Finally made it home at 11 last night.

Good weekend ..... walked to end of road and back ! BIG accomplishment !

saturday-so,you know. :P

one of the maddest w/e's yet :D

...........been really ill all week with the worst cold I've ever had. But, still had to DJ Friday and Saturday and was just praying for the end of the night to come (midnight). DJing with a headache must be one of the worst jobs known to man.

Anyway Saturday night got packed up, loaded all my gear in the boot which consisted of about 3 grands worth of gear, CD's, Laptop, mixer, etc. Jumped in the car and hit the central locking, handy when there's lots of tossers around at that time of the night. Started the car and set the windscreen demisters going. Jumped out of the car with my windscreen scraper and cleaned all the windows. Went to get back in the car and...............fook me the car was locked! 8O Holy sh*t, engine still running, sidelights on, all my gear in the boot and no spare keys.

One of our doormen tried popping the central locking with the aid of a tennis ball, but it didn't work. I rang the Police to see if they could be any help, they said they were too busy with it being a Saturday night and anyway they are not allowed to break into peoples cars for them anymore. WTF do I do? It was 12.30am by this time so I tried ringing one of my friends, luckily he was still up and hadn't had a drink. He brought some thin stiff rods and a couple of screwdrivers. All this time the car was sitting ticking over with sidelights on and I just wanted to go home. We screwed around easing the window out and we were able to slide a rod down to the electric window switches and managed to open the passenger window. That was it we were in, it took about an hour and a quarter standing out in the freezing cold. 'Course these leccy window switches only work when the ignition is on.

I don't have a spare key for the car, I did ask Toyota but they said because its an import they don't have spare keys for them. Even so, my house key was on the keyring with the keys in the ignition so couldn't go home anyway. Obviously I won't be doing that again in a hurry. Only damage is the window trim, glad I didn't have to break a window..........and boy was I glad to get home.

Back to my sick bed til next Friday. :(

Eerrrrmmmmm , sorry for the longish post.

Friday night - All good intentions of a quiet one, gave in around 7.00pm, got my mate Charles to pop round - planned Mr Puppylover's birthday shennanigans for next month - very late night :?

Saturday - Lovely day, (after I finally got out of bed) me and the pup went for 2 walks, ate sensibly, drank water all day, cooked a healthy dinner then Mr Puppylover arrived home in a bad mood from Liverpool - I drank half a bottle of whiskey to put up with his moaning - went to bed drunk.

Sunday - Went to church - black clouds and lightening as I walked through the doors, lovely christening service with a 3 course sit down dinner at a lovely restaurant afterwards - free drinks all day. Mr Puppylover driving - took full advantage of the free drinks...... home by 6pm read Sunday papers, watched Cocaine programme, bath, bed......

Roll on payday.......7 weeks since I got paid......grrrrr
