a new week starting again, time goes so quickly!!!!!, is going to be a very busy week but that is very good. The weekend is been pretty good, lots of laugth, dancing, talk and talk with friends, I can be happy cause I 've got incredible good friends. Had a good weekend so starting the week full of energy , even so Madrid lost but what can I do if Mr Florentino is stupid, Etoo as usual a hero ( another of very big big mistake of Florentino mafiosi ) and Ronaldihno uauuuuu!!!!!!! . Congratulations to the Barça supporters, you deserve it!!!! . Not my year in sports: Mallorca down, Madrid down...

thurday: have dinner with my very good friend david, have lots of talking.
friday: woke up after finishing my sleep, David has already gone to work so wondered a little bit lazy style in my pijamas, finally decided to go home, did some work and prepared myself for my sisters party, had a lot of fun, drank a lot as everybody in the party, danced on top of the bar counter, talked so much and laugth so much. Had a great time, went to bed nearly 7 o clock in the morning.
saturday: woke up at 3 and had a pà amb oli for lunch, spoke with David in the phone for about one hour and went back to sleep. At nigth went to help my family at the restaurant so I avoided the match , at that moment I was upset about missing it, but afterwards was for the best I missed it. The restaurant is closed at nigths but a big party of 40 had booked, it was quite fun cause the party had Barça and Madrid fans so the " cachondeito" was for sure, but in a nice way, they were all usual customer, friends of the house so they knew all the staff were from the R. Madrid so they was a lot of fuss but in a nice way, we had a lot of laugth and had drinks, Barça and Madrid supporters all together and drinking all together. I saw so much Madrid and Barça scarfs!!!! who doesnt like futboll would understand the feeling if you could see people so happy for winning a match or so upset for loosing it and what is for sure is that winning a match like this is worth it.
had a very good weekend afterall , is not my year in sports

Fri - headed down to Brighton after work, checked into hotel and then went for dinner @ Gingerman at Drakes, absolutely yummy, one of the nicest restaurants I've eaten at in England outside of London.

Sat - got up and went to The Tin Drum for a veggie breakfast and then spent the day wandering round Brighton and shopping. I love Brighton for shopping, so many one-off shops so ended up buying lots of clothes and random stuff for our flat (we now own a pink Buddha  ) and drinking my new favourite drink - Amaretto milkshakes :D Then headed to the seafront and had a couple of drinks at The Honeyclub and watched a gorgeous pink sunset :D Quick change and went to the Regency restaurant and had the best mushies I've ever had in my life ever  Then we'd seen in the day that Mr C was playing Union so thought it would be rude not to pop in and say hi. Excellent music and had lots of fun there (altho I don't know how people make do with these early closings, the night just felt like it had got going at 3am), literally ran back to the hotel (how cold  ) and got a bit of sleep.

Sun - went for a nice long walk along the beach to try and find Pickles for our pups to play with  and played on the pier and then went to the Hop Poles for veggie roasts and Bloody Marys before heading back to London Town.

Fab weekend, I LOVE Brighton especially out of season in winter :D

Does your estate agents open Sundays then, Tom's office is shut on Sundays so he never has to work them, working on Sundays is a bit harsh

Yep Sunday Opening ten till 4 - Its mainley viewings aswell so quite a busy day can be quite productive thou.

The only good thing about working Sundays is that i get Saturdays Off,

Can swap weekend days as there flexible but it means i have to work either a sat or a sunday but ministry was a bit spontanious and i needed chearing up after seeing my grandad,

Althou im a bit   as i just relaised i hadnt even gone in the main room !!

Fronty - sorry to hear about your grandpa.

Glad you finally got yourself over to Ministry though....I've been 4 times and I don't even live in England!

My weekend:

Friday - home from work and took a power nap before heading out for the evening. The missus just quit smoking and was avoiding the night scene so I had to fly solo. Met a buddy of mine at a bar called The Real McCoy which is decent for pre-party drinks but turns into a nasty sweaty nightclub of sorts by about 1am. Said I had to "go to the restroom" and promptly disapeared over to club Fabrique where I ran into a bunch of the usual suspects. Got an uncontrollable urge to eat a bowl of pasta at 4am so made it an early night and went home for a bite to eat

Satuday - Up around noonish and lazed around the house for a bit. Took the missus out to a Czech dinner at the Pilsner Urquell restaurant before we went to the sports bar for Chelsea v. Newcastle :D Already had a nice buzz by the time we got home and dozed off for another power nap (I see a pattern developing  ). Up and out to club Propaganda to see a UK dj named Stuart Patterson play. Good tunes all around. Ran into a friend Sergey who suggested going to Fabrique around 3am, which we did. Met up with some other guys and later on made our way to after-hours club Mix where a top local DJ, Anton Kubikov, had a live performance with his band/project SCSI-9 (well, as "live" as 3 guys behind their iMacs and midi controllers can be  ) Great tech-house tunes and a great party though the club was a bit too full. Grabbed some MacBreakfast on the way home and...

Sunday - slept until 2pm. Went to Moscow's famous Gorbushka music & electronics market for some new CDs and a couple DVDs. Came home, made dinner, and watched the movie "Goal!" with the missus.

Friday Went to see Kaskade with PachaGirl79. What a night! We came back totally done after dancing hours to great sets by Kaskade and DJ Idol who opened for Ryan Raddon AKA Kaskade.

Saturday Spent some time recovering from Friday night. Spent remainder of the day chillin' and cleanin' up my apartment.

Sunday Work out, and then I went to work to get some things out of the way before the coming short weekend. Visited the shooting range to punch some targets with lead, and to avoid any rustiness.

Saturday (day): Dinged my car wing trying to reverse out of a tight spot (£200+ repair) :( Then went into town for haircut and some xmas shopping - absolute nightmare trying to park! Very busy 8O

Saturday (evening): Went to friends, got ruined, came home.

Sunday: Bought a 10ft christmas tree 8O , then big food shop and back to friends to get ruined part2. Lost a bid on eBay too

Monday: After another Sunday night insomnia- left early for gym, got to gym .. realised i'd left my gym bag next to car (with MP3 player in :? ) whilst scraping ice off windows .... so raced back home before someone found it. Luckily g/f had left just after me so rescued it just in time. Turned out i'd driven over it and dragged it about 100yds. So lucky not to have damaged the iRiver/headphones

So a weekend full of ups and downs really.

:)

Friday: we were meant to drive to Madrid but had to delay it to the next day. Instead of this had dinner at the odd 52 with friends.

Saturday: Early in the morning drove to Madrid, arrived around 4 had something to eat and visited the Hoper exhibition at THyssen Museum. At 7,30 we were ready for the wedding at 8,00 the bride arrived to the church and at 8,05 we left the church, sitted in a bank nearby and heard the game in the radio. The wedding was a bit crap, very posh but very tacky, but we had a great time with my sis and friends

Sunday: drive back home and spent the rest of the day in the sofa and watching the sport programs

I think my friend owns that place.

He told me what it was called when he was opening it, but couldn't remember. That name rings a small bell. He said it was a contempary bar/restaurant.

He's also opened a similar place in docklands, not sure if it has same name.

   @ Drew

Parking should have been easy when you went downtown - you could have just played bumper cars to fit into another tight spot and chalked it up to the first incident

There's 2 Gingerman restaurants in Brighton, the one we went to is part of the Drakes hotel, if it is your friends next time you speak to him tell him he had 2 satisfied customers :D

Can't be the same if it's part of a hotel.

Must give him a call sometime and find out.

The other one isn't part of a hotel so he could have opened that one first and then expanded his empire

Friday: Out to the pub with friends, early night

Saturday: shopped during the day for a policemans outfit, accidentally bought clothes for general use

went to queer bop in the evening here at oxford, I'll post some pics when I get round to uploading then, suffice to say it was completely bonkers, hairy rugby players in drag, a woman dressed as an 8 foot penis, body painted naked ladies, village people outfits and generally outrageous costumes. Ran around like a mad man hitting people with my truncheon   party ended at 1am but carried on in a friends room until the porters came to close it down :?

sunday: slept all day, watched notting hill in the evening

Every chance, i've not seen him for a while.

He's the filthiestly rich 30-something multi-millionaire around.

Friday - Jon's birthday drinks in Soho. Met up with the crew in the pub, had a few drinks then headed to a cheesey club for lots of drinking and dancing! 8)

Saturday - revised all day, then in the evening went out for a friend's birthday meal. Had a yummy Indian, chicken tikka bhuna :P

Sunday - More revision then my Mum cooked a nice roast, then drove over to Jon's in the evening and watched IACGMOOH!! :D

Fri: Decided to get battered and drink lots of wine - mission accomplished. 8O

Sat: Dragged sorry ass out of bed, went Christmas Shopping - my god how cheap is everything!!!! Its like a competition on the high street - bargains galore which meant I got loads more stuff than I anticipated and still spent the same amount of money - excellent 8) Oh and I got my dress and shoes for the Christmas Party at work..... fabulous!!! Came home to a miserable Mr PL and friends after watching Everton get stuffed well and truly, hid in the kitchen, cooked a huuuuge meal with dessert and everything - drank half a bottle of wine whilst cooking..... At least the meal put a big smile on their faces....

Sun: Walked the dog, but basically chilled all day and read tabloids, books, ate sweeties listened to a couple of new CD's I bought on Sat....

.... All in all, a top, productive weekend! 8) 8) 8)

Fri - was 'on the continent' all week for work so afternoon flight from amsterdam landing in heathrow at 5.30, work car home and time for a shower before heading to the crown (my favourite pub in the whole wide world). Met up with the current and a bunch of mates then over to the 'mills for Alex McCulloch from the Shafunkers. Very nice tunes but it was sooo packed.. Found that a bit wierd since it was just Sister Bliss and Dave Seaman in the main room (both of whome were very good)..

Sat - lovely lazy day with the current, then over to a mate's house for wine and cheese (oh how civilised!). Home and asleep by 3am, unheard of!

Sun - Warm fuzzy sunday with yummy food and reading the papers. About to watch a movie on telly when get a text from my mate Dan who hadn't been to bed from the night before! Ended up at a party at The Bear with Deepgroove & Cheshire Catz playing. Stayed until 10.30 then home to bed.

Great weekend really, and reasonably sensible :)
