Fri - bugger all

Sat - Worked in the morning, footy cup game in the afternoon (won 7-0 and still didn't get on the scoresheet  ). Watched the footy around a mates and drank tea while the rest of the boys got pissed and hoovered the other stuff.

Sun - got up at 6.30am to drop the current to a show, did some work here at the office, went to the gym/pool for an hour. Drove round trying to get some mates to come to Underdog at the Notting Hill Arts Club, finally admitted defeat at 3ish and fell spectacularly off the wagon in a local boozer. Was asleep by 9 last night - doesn't alcohol tolerance disappear quickly

Back on the wagon now, but will doing a triple salcrow (sp?) off it on Saturday night for So... is 1!

Had a lovely wkend, Tom took me to Brighton for the wkend for my birthday, did lots of shopping, eating, drinking and had a full-on trance sesh 8O @ the Honeyclub with Lucien Foort :D Then finished the wkend off yesterday with a few spritzers and the best veggie roast in the world at the Hop Poles :D

Fri: cooked a delicious couscous for my intellectual friends, drunk three bottles of Rioja (we were three) and had a great laugh

Sat: went to the center and bought a new spectacular amplifier and a new cd player. Then had few drinks at home

Sun: Went to barça's for a basket match (we won) then back home and spent the rest of the day laying in the sofa

Fri - Champagne and watched movies

Sat - Did sensible housey stuff (not that type of house!! ) cooked a bit steak dinner and chilled with a couple of films

Sun - walked the dog - gorgeous morning on the beach - lovely, read the papers all day watched Ever vs Middles and Fulham vs WBA and had a healthy dinner again.

Cant believe how good I have been this weekend...... woo hoo!!

Off to the Gym today to get measured, weighed, etc for my 8 week health kick ...

Fri: Few drinks and a laught at home

Sat: Went to work, no electric, brought some work home but ended up burning a load of discs , more drinks. Highlight of evening was driving to local off license, coming out stoned  , going back for refills a hour later to find shop owner had thrown a whitey with his head slumped on counter 8O

Sun: Up a 8:00, hour in gym, big food shop @ Sainsbury's, HUGE sunday dinner followed by wine/sleep, had a dream about buying a DVD recorder 8O, so woke up decided we need one and ordered one online

Quite a sensible weekend, but at least i'm back at gym :D

P.S. Still at home now cos i've got appointment at eye hospital - again! Unfotunately i'd lost letter with appointment time so had to wait till 9:00 to ring and ask. Anyway, it's at 11:00 so i've nothing other to do that come on here for another hour

Friday - Gym then nice evening in, ended up getting pretty drunk.

Saturday - Gym then went out in the afternoon for some nice food and lots of cocktails, decided to make a night of it and got very drunk once again.

Sunday - woke up ate my sunday roast and then proceeded to get drunk again i feel greeeeeeat this morning............ NOT

Friday: Out for dinner with friends, ended up leaving the restaurant because of bad service

Saturday: Nothing :?

Sunday: Went shopping, had road rage  and went to my mums for feeding :D

All in all a crappy weekend

Fri- stayed in (for a change)
Sat- rescued my mate as his Freelander had broken down (waited for 3hrs with him for the poxy AA).

Sun- made a nice roast chicken dinner (was gonna send drew a pic), and ate that while watching Kill Bill.

had a nap, woke up, was supposed to get another CD done, but ended up on Xbox for next 6hrs.

Friday : Blew 50 quid on vinyl then recorded it all to my laptop, gig was not too busy but OK for a Friday. Guy in the record shop wants me to make a mixed CD as though I was opening for Tim Deluxe at Shindig, just as a fun challenge. Hmmmm........... 8)
Saturday : Gig was so..... busy, couldn't get them out at the end of the night, was on good form. 8)
Sunday : Took part in the Durham Relays cross-country race (under 2 miles), was second last  but who cares we were having fun. :D Went out training with my running partner in the afternoon and did another 5 miles. 8O Sunday night stayed in for the first time in months. 8O

Thur: Black tie dinner at with a room full of stuffy old men (all of whom were either sales directors or managing directors for companies in the Health and beauty industry) Of 70 people there only 6 were female :?
Deceided only way to enjoy it was to give expenses a hammering by getting hammered :?

Fri: Woke up feeling like sh*t and reminded myself that though legal alcohol is very effective at making you feel terrible and like you have done yourself far more damage than a night on the bicuits :?:

Sat: Went to get a new aquarium for a mate of mine, travelled 100 miles to collect tank and cabinet to find only one would fit in his car  Went out for a meal in evening with friends.

Sun: Gym in morning then spend £40 on new leads and toys for dogs, then took them on long walk. Evening watched Barca - Madrid double bill (at the same time flicking over to Juve game)

Friday: Nothing
Saturday:Headed to Serious at The Cross. It was ok musically but again a bit too rammed for my liking. Thankfully it wasnt THAT cold so the terrace saved the day, yet again.
Sunday: Saw the Barca game.. and youre right Copperband, Barca scraped it. Not playing well at the moment. :(

Will do mate - I'll see it as social working, getting you out to socialise, instead of staying in all the time

So you went to honeyclub? What was it like? I know it was sevensins so probably alot better than Audio, which is where we ended up. We didnt get into Concorde 2 in the end- if you did venture that far the cue was at about 500 people with 1in1out- joke! If you come to Brighton regularly and you like your trance/ house then Hard South on the first friday of every month is a must. This coming month i think BK is playing so i'm definately there. Sevensins every saturday for your trance as well with the likes of Judge Jules and Brandon Block. Glad you had a good weekend- Brighton has alot to offer, so guaranteed a good time really.

Fri = Fiction @ The Cross (now named Crossroads cos of the constant flow of traffic through the middle of the dance floor - grrrr).

Sat = After doing the walk of shame to my flat the following day , met up with friends from Thailand for a tsunami fund raising planning sesh (impressive range of attendees from as far as Chicago & Australia!) Ended up getting hammered and making a holy show of myself.

Sun = Had visitors from best mates in sunny Brightown! Ended up on Brick Lane and carried on with the health kick ;)...As for today...urgh.
