Weekend + Christmas Week/New Year Plans

I'm bored so I thought I'd start this......

Thursday - Department Christmas party, cue good food, wine and then an attempts to get everyone trashed so they feel like ****e for there final day at work on Friday.

Friday - Friends Bday, drinks and festive frolics ;)!

Sat - Recover and domestic bliss.

Sun - Golf and travel to Lincs (yawn) for step sisters wedding on christmas eve, pre wedding drinks and food in the evening. Aim to get groom twatted as he's a bit of a cock :lol:!

Christmas Eve - Wedding day, travel home, evening of chill with mulled wine and numerous visits from friends who are out and about.

Christmas Day - Pub for normal meet up with friends and then lunch at the folks (very relaxed one this year as there is only a handful of us!), off to the outlaws in the evening for drunken debauchery.

Boxing Day - Lunch with the wife and then off to see Cambridge United v Histon (local derby) with friends, food and drink in the evening.

Thursday to Sunday- Golf and relaxation (hopefully get the xbox back from its ring of death moment :evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:)

NYE - Help friends prepare for their fancy dress party, its going to be a very very messy affair with all sorts of naughties going on :lol::lol::lol:!

NYD - Recover and decide plan of action for the rest of the year.

Wed - Back to reality of work.....oh the joy!
 
Friday - drinks as soon as possible after work. Meeting up with the usual reprobates for pizza/pasta later on in the evening, then heading to Turnmills for their Gallery Christmas special. Hope it's better than the last time I went Turnmills!

Saturday - recovery in the pub

Sunday - Going to a friend's flat for mulled wine, mince pies, and other Christmassy treats :D

Christmas Eve - Party in our local pub, got lots of friends coming out for this one, plus my little bro :eek: so should be a good laugh.

Christmas Day - driving back to Watford to spend the day with family

Boxing Day - driving (again :evil:) to Canterbury to spend the day with Jon's family

27th - possibly back home, if not still in Canterbury

28th - Going over to Jon's sisters flat for an evening of drinks and debauchery!

29th - The last ever night at the Cross (before NYE). It's club Azuli and quite a good line up so should be a goodun!

30th - recovery

31st - TBC (Can't believe I still have no NYE plans!!)

1st - recovery

2nd - 4th - back at work

4th - out for a birthday meal with Jon :D

5th - My birthday! :p 8) Having drinks and shenanigans with lots of friends :)

6th - parents coming over for a sunday roast and more drinking.

YAY :D
 
Fri - finish work and either hit the pub or hit Sainsbury's. I'm sure the pub will win

Sat - up early to miss the crowds to buy final Christmas dinner supplies. Watch Spurs v Arsenal. Pick up friend who is arriving from America. Down the local for lots of welcome drinks.

Sun - Relaxing/recovering from night before.

Xmas eve - cooking & prepping ready for the "big dinner". Go to the pub, try not to drink too much. Fail miserably!

Xmas Day - Up early, have 1st drink of the day, start cooking. Parents & in-laws coming for the day. Lots of eating & drinking. Friends coming round in the evening.

Boxing Day - More food, this time at my mum's followed by the massive Annual Boxing Day Session with friends, which usually gets very messy!

27th - Die. Avoid food. Hair of the dog always welcome though.

29/30th - Head to Brighton for the weekend.

NYE - London, Karizma @ Soulogic.

NYD/2nd - Nothing/recover

3rd - Shopping in London

4th - Renzo flys home to USA.

5th - Catch up on much needed sleep!
 
Mine start today :)

Wed - drinks after work for the "young" lot so to speak, means we can be less well behaved then we was at the proper xmas party. Going to Pitcher & Piano straight from work then onto Prohibition which is a club/bar place at St Katherines Dock, we have some food ordered (including xmas dinner on a skewer - im intrigued:eek::lol:) then lots of drinking, chatting, moaning (maybe about work, we have our reviews today, 1st one for me!), laughing etc etc

Thurs - prob feeling like poo, out again in the evening to Mary Janes a newish bar in the Minories, looks quite nice, apparantly its quite gothic/s****y with my bestest pal and our pal from Kent who we dont see much. Probably more drinking and eating no doubt.

Fri - plan to have a quiet one

Sat - hit the shops maybe for some last bits, go to bestest pals house for tea and biscuits (we thought it would do us good to stay away from the pub :lol:) swap presents cards gossip etc. Dont see her as much as I used to and shes only local so should be nice. Out in evening for friends b.day, most likely drive though as dont want to get too hammered.

Sun - all day in the pub eating and drinking :lol:

Xmas Eve - no plans as such, but think me and the bf are out with his friends (possibly) in eve

Xmas Day - still not properly sorted but I am going to be at home for the majority of the day and then the eve will prob consist of me going to his or him coming to mine

Boxing Day - Family over

Thurs & Fri - back at work :spank: and I have to be in at 8 on the Fri :eek:
Im told we often get to go at lunchtime as it will be so quiet so I guess thats some kind of comfort.

NYE & NYD - no plans as of such! I always find NYE a let down when you plan it or go somewhere you have to buy tickets for so im just going with the flow this year..............

Saturday -Up to my mums with prezzies, have dinner, say merry xmas and see you in 2008:lol:

Sunday - Fly to London book into Hotel

Monday - Fly to Dubai via Doha :D:D:D:D

Xmas Day - DJ in the bar (xmas sonmgs and cheesy pop for the masses, eat xmas dinner, drink Champagne catch up with friends who live in Dubai, maybe a spot of sunbathing in between, party that night all being well)

St Stephens Day - Sunbathing,into pub watch football on Satelitte, meet up with my buddys in the http://www.dubaihoops.com/ and get horrendously drunk and sing songs

Rest of week will include sunbathing, indoor skiing, shopping, drinking, shagging, partying and general debauchery.

December 30th - Fly back to London

December 31st-Arrive early from Dubai, meet my mates who will already be in London, dump my bags in Hotel, that nite go to...

thurs 20 - last day working for 3 and 1/2 weeks :D:D:D out with the fls's for pies and presents :D

fri 21 - hospital in the morning and hope they take stoooopid pot off my arm :spank: hairdressers in afternoon, then head into farringdon to meet up with all the gang for food and drinks, then onto turnmills for a final sesh with everyone for 2007 :D

sat 22 - lots of wrongness and aftershow shenanigans :twisted:

sun 23 am - tom driving us and doggies up north for christmas :D

sun 23 pm - boxing day - 4 days at home with family, eating, drinking, having lovely traditional christmas with all the family :D

boxing day pm - say bye to family and doggies :cry: drive back to london, unpack.........then final packing for.........

thurs 27 - 6am taxi to airport for flight to thailand :D

fri 28 - arrive koh phangan :D:D:D

fri 28 - thurs 10 - 2 weeks at bankai orchid on koh phangan - few plans like full moon party on nye, bit of other clubbing, lots of eating :lol:, bit of exploring, few spa treatments, lots of chilling :D

thurs 10 am - leave koh phangan and arrive bangkok :D day of shopping, then final night at bangkok metropolitan and dinner at c'yan :D

fri 11 - last day of shopping, night flight back to london

sat 12 - arrive back home, sleep, crave pies :lol:

sun 13 - get the doggies back from my mum and dad :D

mon 14 - back to the real world :spank:
 
Thailand very nice Barbie im sure you'll have a top time there, i actually know a girl going there for a konth next week as well.8)
 
Fri: Last day of work for xmas & im handing in my notice, been a long time coming :D. Drinks after work @ the German Market with colleagues & onto Bullring to get a couple more xmas presents. Wrap them up before Joey gets home, put feet up & try to have an early night.

Sat am: Up early to get into B'ham for 8.30am to get more presents, hair appt @ 10 & then getting the hell out of the shops until at least the new year.
Sat pm: Few groceries & nik naks, champagne, wine etc.

Sun: Over to Moms & Nans

Mon: Driving down to Malmaison Oxford & gorging until Weds.

Weds: Driving back to brum, little bro's 1s't b'day celebrations.
Weds pm: Moneypenny's @ Mechu

Thurs: Re-Energizing
Thurs Pm: Dad's engagement meal

Fri: Day of doing nothing 8)

Sat: Day of doing nothing 8)

Sun pm: Aunt's for dinner

Mon: no plans for NYE yet :confused:
 
Thu: Christmas meal out with my boss from London and our staff - opted for an Indian Restaurant - as far away from trad. christmas food as possible - few drinks out which means dumping the car...:confused:

Fri: hopefully naff all to do and we can have an early finish - need to pick up the christmas goodies - lock away christmas goodies.

Sat: help Phil start his christmas shopping - eeeek!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Sun: collect the food from M&S for christmas eve nibbles and christmas dinner

Chris Eve: Out for a few drinks then home for christmas nibbles and festivities, put pressies under the tree and get excited beyond belief and probably make myself a little bit sick

Chris Day: Up early - pop to sisters to swap pressies and drop them at the pub - forgoe the usual doggy walk on the beach this year on account of no Benny - first time in 16 years gonna be so sad :(:( Home to open pressies and start dinner and relax, play with pressies, drink lots of champagne and definately indulge in a little naughtiness..

Box Day: Not going to Liverpool this year - I want Phil to have a proper few days rest so plan on doing virtually nothing (also recovery time from the caning the night before too :oops::oops:

Thu - Sat: Off to Liverpool to see the In Laws and catch up with the kids. Match on Saturday and out in Liverpool Sat night to catch up with friends

Sun: back home rest and repair brains/bodies for NYE

NYE: sort out plans for meeting up later that night - cook a meal for a few and off to Shindig for Timo Maas...

NYD: Usual carry on activities

Tue - Fri: R&R time..... Oh and by a new cooker and new bed & mattress
 
Thurs - Late night shopping with boyfriend to get the last Christmas pressies

Fri - Mum and her boyfriend are off to Domincan Republic for Christmas, so we're all going out for an early Christmas dinner, probably consisting of far too much red wine

Sat - In the morning going to get the food shopping, then later going to the carol concert at the Royal Albert Hall to get us in the mood, probably have 1 too many mulled wines also before heading round to a friends house in the evening

Sun - Not much apart from wrapping Christmas pressies

Mon - Have to go into work until lunchtime :evil: then going to get my hair done and then in the evening me and boyfriend are going to have dinner before going out and meeting up with friends for a Christmas piss up

Tue - Have the boyfriends family coming over for dinner, so no doubt I'll be stressing in the morning but a bottle of champagne while I'm cooking should calm me down ;)

Wed - Sleeping and probably recovering from a horendous hangover, going to boyfriends parents for dinner and might have a few friends over in the evening.

Thur - Going into the west end and see if we are able to get cheap last minute tickets to a show

Fri - Eating, drinking and watching lots of bad TV shows

Sat - Very excited going to Azulli at The Cross, last Saturday ever :cry: very sad as I first went there about 10 years ago and I can't believe it's closing down. Friends are coming round beforehand for drinks and then heading up to The Cross.

Sun - Recovering, spending all day in bed

Mon - Friends have organised a party in a pub so probably going to head down there

Tue - Recovering (again)

Wed - Back to work:cry:, skint and depressed that Christmas is over for another year
 
Thursday - Fly to Florida to visit the parents

Friday - Brother & his missus arrive. Shopping opus begins :lol:

Dec 25 - Christmas :D Presents to be opened, turkey to be consumed, can't beat it 8)

Dec 27 - Arrive in Argentina, drive to Mar del Plata to spend 4 days on the beach

Dec 31 - Back to Buenos Aires for the festivities and subsequent sightseeing

Jan 5 - Arrive back in Florida

Jan 8 - Back in Moscow

I'm so excited!!! :D :D :D

24 - My works do @ The Fox & Grapes (me, the misus & little boy (I work from home alone & invite the wife, and laterly son to my works do each year!)). Home in time for A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart remix). General fatherly christmas stuff.

25- Open pressies with Shelley & Harvey. He has some fantastic stuff this year, just getting to the age where his toys are interesting to parents :) :) To in the laws with Shelleys bro & family (2 iccle ones). Mucho turkey, vino and silly games.

26- Home for relaxation, racing, tv & playing with Harvey's toys :)

27- ??

28 - M8's 40th:eek: Wild night ahead.

29 - Try and remember (in vain) what I did last night.

30 - 01 - Friends over, lots of vino, & a little of fresh air and gentle walking (at least once!).


How's that for a tame chrimbo?! Could not be much different from what we would have done / been doing a few years back. But Christmas with children is unbeatable.

hopefully finish work at 12pm
then the return (for 1 night only) of Triumph @ The Tunnel
THE night in Scotland until the group that owned The Tunnel went tits up and it eventually became RnB
managed to get a wee group to head to this so it should be fun

see my dad for xmas then It's A Wonderful Life at the Glasgow Film Theatre with the in-laws
then up to see the nephew again

nice meal with the wife, my maw and bro
then to the wifes parents for drink and festivities

had some really crap ones when a lot has been planned (Millenium eve disaster at Colours & one where Laura and I were ill in the ned-fest at George Sq)
 
I've got about the most boring festive plans ever.

21st - working

22nd - working then dj'ing

23rd - working

24th - working until around 10pm

25th - very long lie, dinner , back to bed

26th - working early, another xmas dinner


27th - working

28th - working

29th - woohoo a day off, working early the next day though

30th - working early

31st - off, long lie then go up to a mates house and proceed to on a 3 day bender

1st - drunk

2nd - drunk

3rd - recover

4th - back at work

No big plans for new year. Originally planned to go to The Arches but only one of my mates is in to it and I'd rather be at a house party with 15-20 people than go clubbing with 1 or 2 people that I can talk in to it. Plus , the taxi back to Kilmarnock would be a killer.

It should be a good one anyway. All the ingredients are there.:)

Thurs 20th - Out for a few drinks and then some night on Kingsland Rd with the same DJ that does Trailer Trash, Hannah Holland. Should be some thumping electro!

Fri 21st - Got to go to see the family for a bit of a family friends dinner

Sat 22nd - taking this new spanish chick im seeing out with a few of her mates and a few of mine clubbing somewhere - no idea where yet as was a bit of a throwaway comment that I would taken literally!!

Sun 23rd - Go back home properly and pig out to the 26th, including an Xmas trip to Leicester to see the grandparents

27th - Back to work (half day of course) - Another family/ family friends dinner in the eve

28th - Back to work (half day of course) - Another family / family friends dinner in the eve

29th - 30th - No plans yet - hopefully see new chick and just mince around

31st - Canvas (awesome lineup) followed by afterparty - either The Cross or Mulletover afterparty on Bethnal Green Rd

1st - After-After party at mates house - should be a big group of morons continuing with after-after party shennanigans

2nd - Back to school!

this weekend seeing childhood friends and preparing for christmas with la familia. beginning of next week traditional finnish christmas food, pressies, church for singing christmas carrols, visiting grave yards. on the 27th flight to reykjavik, going horse riding on the lava fields, the blue lagoon, a party in nasa. flying to uk for a couple of days then serbia for new years to a 4000 person party with matthew dekay, nick warren and paolo mojo. on the 1st a flight to florianopolis, brazil. warung club, beach, sun, bikinis, caipirinhas.

have a good one everybody!
 
Almost two whole weeks off this year.

18th Dec - evening Xmas meal with mum, her new fella and my sister in a nice old pub in the historic town of Tutbury

19th Dec - Meetings in Fancy London Town with lunch at the Melia Whitehouse

20th Dec - pre-Christmas night out in Leicester - Shivoo Xmas Party with Annie Mac and Kissy Sell Out. It's on a school night so feel very naughty about going to this.

21st Dec - stay in bed as late as possible as only meeting is at 2pm. Attempt to look normal after night out so I don't scare clients. Attend meeting then off down the boozer for a few jars.

22nd Dec - Christmas present and food shopping (I'm doing the cooking this year) then do a bit of food preparation and treat myself to a take away Chinese

23rd - More food prep, deliver last few Xmas cards, pop down pub for a couple and catch the football on Sky. Night out in Derby to see Micky Slim of Godskitchen fame.

24th - nip into the office to make sure all is well, back home, collect all the presents and food up and de-camp back to my mums for Xmas. Big meal with friends in the evening which is something of a Xmas Eve tradition with us - will be lovely as everyone who has moved away over the years comes back for this.

25th - usual Xmas day stuff. Cook lunch, gorge myself, drink too much and probably be bored by approximately 5.15pm

26th - night out. Rapture Boxing Day party in Loughborough with MYNC project.

27th - sales shopping

31st - Off to the Plug in Sheffield for Erol Alkan and the Trophy Twins

Not back to work until 07/01/08 - hurrah !!
 
29th: flying to Barcelona, going out in the evening to La Terrazza possibly (unless someone has a better idea?)
30th: shopping, dinner in Barcelona
31th: flying to Ibiza! clubbing in Pacha :D :D
1st: daytime Dc-10 8)
2nd: recovery
3rd: flight to Amsterdam, catching up with friends as much as possible in less than 24 hrs :lol:
4th: flying home to Helsinki
