Hey Chris! That's the great thing about Ibiza - you will always meet new people! Have you made plans about where to party etc?

Hey thanks for responding!
I haven't made any plans yet but I did book my room at santos apartments in playa den bossa. I am really into techno and deep house so hoping Guy Gerber has a night. Want to hit up space for sure. Besides that I plan to keep an eye out here for the party schedule and grab tix as I can. Otherwise, I am open to suggestions and definitely down to meet up with anyone who's interested! So excited!

I'm going at the end of July, we have the same music taste though! Be sure to check out Enter (Thursdays in space) that's Richie Hawtins night! Techno! DC10 is all about the house/tech-house/techno....you will love it! Every Monday.....and Sven Vath has his cocoon night on a Monday too in Amnesia

I went solo by myself for the first time last year, after dreaming of Ibiza as a little one. I was worried at first but from the moment I touched down, I met so many incredible people and had the best time of my life. It smashed all of my expectations. So much so I'm going back for 11 nights this early July, and a second trip later on as well.
I kind of feel saddened that you didn't go earlier. But I'm sure you'll be going back year after year from this point on. I stayed in a hostel as well, but it was even easier meeting people inside the clubs or anywhere really. Everyone is just so laid back, happy and up for anything. You're going to love it Chris!!

Thanks cho...that's good to hear. I wish I went years ago as well but oh well!! I'm really excited ... I tend to be kind of an introvert but if anywhere can get me out of my shell it's going to be Ibiza ... Otherwise, I will just enjoy the sun, music, and people watching...

i will be alone there in the period from 14th to 22nd june, my hotel (Algarb) is located in Playa den Bossa !!
a buddy of mine works here as a promoter , i was with him last year on the island and it was fantastic belive me
if you want we can meet us there , would be cool anyway !!

I have been listening to this Genre of music since 1995. Grew up in NYC and went to some of the best clubs in the world and have been to some amazing parties. My point is I have heard a lot of great music.
However last years Enter party week 6 was one of the finest techno sets I have ever heard. Richie even got on the microphone and said it was one of the best sets he played. It was such a special party.

In NYC our Pacha (which is hated by most veteran clubbers and was originally lengendary soundfactory) he played in 2005. He opened up for Danny Tenaglia. I had heard Hawtin before but not for a couple of years and now that techno started to slow down a bit. This guy f***ing ripped that rooms to shreds. Had the crowd eating out of his palm. The ebst set I have ever heard int at building. It was incredible. His popularity grew but the owner never brought him back because of price.... Sad thats the way it worked in NYC. All about how many people show up
