I would be grateful for any info on wedding reception venues in Ibiza please especially with regards to prices, or even overall costs. I want a blessing in a church but I'm not sure of where to have reception. I don't want to do the country house thing and I'm not sure if I want somewhere completely exclusive to the wedding yet as I'm thinking I might just save some hassle if I incorporate music thats already there. I like the look of villa Mercedes if we could have a small area just designated for the wedding there or maybe Aura but I have also been looking at beach restaraunts such as pura vida and CAs mila which are featured on this site and also el chiringuito cala gracioneta and some others I'm unsure of the name that are on salinas. I've also considered a villa and using eat ibiza as i saw good reviews in a post on this site but I would only want it for the wedding and only if I have a lot of guests. Another thing I thought might be fun would be to go out on a boat at sunset if we don't have the reception at a beach venue. Any info would be appreciated bearing in mind ive been to the island 13 times so I have a little bit of knowledge about where things are etc but need a lot more. My fiance has relatives in ibiza too so hopefully they can help me a bit but i dont want to send them asking everywhere id rather get some info first. its not going to be for 2 years either do obviously everything is just an estimate x

well if i was you i would go out yourselve and check up and look about and ask for prices.bearing in mind its two years away.but get a price now.beach location would be nice though.if there are children going as well.maybe you could hire a bar and have a b b q on beach.fun and games, plus dj in background.not sure what sort of wedding your looking at though in the first place.rave up or normal family party.

lets see what other people say.best of luck

It will be a family thing with kids and adults but I am big into clubbing so I don't want anything boring and quiet just think I have to think about other people so it will be strictly no techno for the day/evening well I and a few others could easily go on to a club later in our wedding gear!

Im getting married in San Jose, Tuesday 5th June of this year. We used a company called Eat Ibiza who have been exceptional in everything we have asked of them thus far. It is actually very reasonably priced when you consider what you get in this country. If you need anymore info let me know. Were getting hitched in a villa which we are renting for the week.

Cas Mila has a lovely terrace and a great sunset if you're talking late in the season (September)

Cap des Falco is another great spot. Right on the water and also a great sunset late-season.

Eat Ibiza are definitely something I'd consider as long as I could just hire a villa for the day. Also the villas that I'm looking at are probably £££££ there are some lovely ones with those infinity pools and overlooking Es Vedra which I'm pretty sure I can't afford for the week! You'll have to fill us in with all your details please :)
Cas Mila I think would be lot cheaper than Cap Des Falco and I like the way it has an area raised above the beach where the wedding receptions are so you can look out at the sea. I guess I'll have to try out their food when I'm there this summer. I'm having a 2 week holiday this year so I'll have a bit of extra time :)

Mojito, we are staying at passa den bernat which cost us 6000 euros from 2nd - 9th June. That is for 10 people though so all family and friends have covered 600 euros each. Expensive but when you consider some of the best hotels on the island it's a pretty damn good comparison for price per person. Eat Ibiza do Fred trials every October for the year after, we had a free tasting October 2011. Outstanding food and service. They do, do other services so it may be worth contacting them.

Cas Mila has better food than Falco. Highly recommended. I still remember the tuna tatare and roast leg of lamb. Mmm. 8)

Thanks carltoon I've had a brochure from them
Now which says prices n stuff so I think I'd prob go for them if I have a villa reception. Glad to hear that CAs mila food is yummy too as they seem to be very reasonable with pricing. Just need to find out about music policy etc
