Websites that show London Cinema Listings

If you are looking for cheap films in the westend, check out http://www.princecharlescinema.com/

you can watch current films for £1.50.

If you are looking to impress someone take them to the electric in notting hill and get one of their sofas- they are £30 and fit 2 people on. There is a cocktail bar and all sorts.

'This is England' is.....interesting. starts good, then loses itself a bit i thought. would watch again though.

It's worth watching if purely to admire the style and accuracy of the time that it was supopsed to be depicting. Moreso as it did it seemingly without cliche or overuesed stereotype. The dialogues good, and there's no arty-farty camera work or tricks. It's a good, honest, british flick.

The little boy is amazing in it aswell (the rest of the cast don't let themselves down either).

Though the story does end up with a predictable finish, and (especially) after the first half it's all a bit (too) brutal, especially as I really am abhored by the theme of the latter half of it, and almost kind of stops it being entertaining, a bit like some of the scenes in Scum put you off.

Defo worth a watch though.

The little boy was great!!!

Stephen Graham (who I realised I knew from Snatch) was good too.
