Looked at the forecast and it looks like there is a chance of rain all next week when im there :(

When it rains there is it usually a quick storm then sunny skies, or does it linger and rain all day usually?
 
well it all depends what it wants to do.and how bad it is.funny it can rain in one part of the island and not others.this time of year its just quick showers,that can last a while and then it brightens up.shame you was not there this week.its red hot i read
 
I got back yesterday and it was scorching hot every day (32-39 degrees) barely a cloud in the sky and really warm at night as well.
 
Come this time next week i'll be their & like in previous years when i've gone in September the weather has either been very nice or damn right lousy with thunderstorms etc. Hopefully on my next trip i'll get to enjoy some tanning hours as i don't fancy propping a bar all day if it's raining.
 
I remember two years ago, sat in my hotel lobby eating breakfast during a torrential downpour, watching a river where the road was. By the time I'd had a shower and changed, it had completely cleared up and the rest of the day was scorching.
 
I must admit, I am slightly nervous with regards to the weather in Ibiza for when I fly out on Saturday.

What has the weather generally been like at this time of year? I just want sunshine, heat and will take the odd shower on the chin.
 
I went in 2009 for the first 10 days of September and it didn't rain once, in fact it was one of the hottest times i've seen it.

My mate went in Sept lasy year and it rained almost everyday...albeit in dribs and drabs but was still very hot. :)
