weather in oct

Hi ,I not you cant predict the weather but im thinking of taking my family to ibiza in oct when the kids break up from school, What sort of weather can in expect?
Is it beach weather etc and is there many beach bars open etc?

which resort you thinking of and what is the date.weather can still be red hot at times.few cloudy mornings till 11am then it clears.chiller at night.nice time to go.most places will still be open.but a few of the trendy younger bars will have closed.soon as space closes and the youngs one have gone.you can get around better.but still buzzing at times.

i;ve been many times in oct.it can be quite at night.depends which resort you go to.but its better to get around and you can at least talk to bar owners more.
 
Thanks, I'm thinking of renting apartment in talamanca or cala gracio , not botherd about nightlife as I'm with my kids ,as long as we can enjoy the outside and have some nice meals I will be happy
 
Assuming you are going in half term then that is the last week of October when I imagine it will be much cooler. Maybe others can confirm?
 
Where is still open bar wise? Doing closing parties just wondered where stays open in west end etc, not that i will be going there, just wondered
 
Been many times in October - occasionally get a couple of days rain but have also had 7 days of blue skies. Can't control the weather but enjoy long lunches and good dinners. Can still be beachy weather with temps mid 20's. Going again in a couple of weeks.
 
Might need heating in apartment and wet weather gear. So 50% of the time (when I went) beach weather, and rest roaming around the island.

Try a Ibiza town center like Figueretas, Ibiza town comes alive at night.
