Was anyone at Bora Bora weekend past?

I turned up at Bora Bora the Saturday past, just off the plane to find some nutters still dancing on monsoon drenched benches. Ashame it had to be shut early due to a flood. The walk home was a bit smelly, but you can't dampen that first day on holiday spirit!
 
I was there with Gingerfreak. I've never seen rain like it. No one wanted to leave at 12 even though rain was pouring over the door and coming through the roof and light fittings!!! I had to run back to Garbi in bare feet so as not to ruin my trainers in the river that was the main road.

Looking back though it really made the night :D
 
Went down there between 8-11pm on my space passout on Sunday probably about 200 people haning around outside the the fence (Since when did this go up wasn't ther last year when i went 5 years ago.). Didn't seem to be many people inside around that time.. more of a vibe outside trhe fence.

Was down there on Thursday day and up until the fence went up it was pretty busy.
 
WAS THERE SAT 18TH,WAS MOBBED TILL ABOUT 11ISH WHEN THE HEAVENS OPENED+IT RAINED FOR 5/6 HOURS NON STOP. :)
 
The fence has always went up as long as I can remember. Think they wait until all the deckchairs have been rounded up. Near the end of the holiday when money is at an all time low, it's good to get ome cheap booze and just dance on the ebach at the other side! That'll be my Scottish roots coming through
