Just be careful while you are walking through dark parts of the west end near the boats and stuff, I was pick pocketed by a spaniard there in the early hours while me and friends were walking back to the apartment he stays in!

What the guy did was he starts to dance with you like all happy and stuff, you dance back then he will put your leg across yours and take your phone!I didn't even notice till 5 minutes after we had walked past them that my phone had gone and by then he had disappeared! So just beware when anyone random tries to dance with you in badly lit places and tries to put his leg across yours!
 
it's an old Barcelona trick usually carried out by teams of Rumanians. i'm already sewing all my pockets up for my trip to that London for the closing parties, I've seen on telly that the tube is rife with pickpockets!
 
One of the oldest tricks ever, saw a couple of guys do it about 8 years ago outside what used to be the Blue Lagoon

This is my first official trip to the island...

I was walking past WIPS in San Antonio after getting back from Sankeys on Monday and was approached by a little scrawny Morrocan looking bloke (I'd say in his 40's at a guess). He asked me if I wanted coke, etc... and I politely declined. Then he stuck his leg between mine and did the ridiculous shaky leg thing on me. Thankfully, I have seen enough mackintyre uncovered or Ross Kemp on gangs to recognise what he was up to. I pushed him away and told him to **** off and fortunately he obliged. I checked my pockets and all was well. I spoke to a passing guardia civil about it yesterday but if you are coming home from a club and you are passing that area please look out for this sort of thing.

This almost happened to me earlier this month at Sonar as we were standing around after East Ender festival.... The strange thing is it happened to my mate the night before and when he realised he pushed the guy away and they began shouting abuse at my mate in Spanish so he made a quick getaway... i would've been there as well but i arrived a day late because of my flight being cancelled.... When it happened to me on the Friday morning i looked down and the guy had my phone half out of my pocket before i threatened to put a bottle on his face... he quickly made some excuse before disappearing off.... Scum!!
