- Minimum of 4 years managerial experience in large restaurants w/ high gastronomy level
- Willing to live and work in Ibiza and who speaks English and Spanish
- Has a gastronomy education, natural leader and people management
- Serving mostly fresh fish, Sushi and Sashimi, oysters and meat.
