Want to accompany lovely girlie to work in ibiza?

Hi everyone, so heres my problemo. Im going to work in ibiza over summer, im the hoping beginning of june, and im in need of travel buddies to accompany me on my adventure!

Im a 20 year old student, fun, laid back and really easy to get on with, and im looking for people to meet up with to share accomodation etc (guys or girlies). My friends have other commitments and i really cant face staying around here with a shitty summer job in this horrible weather!!

Itd be nice to be able to meet up with people beforehand, but if not that doesnt really matter, so get in touch Sarah xx (jha3sjb@leeds.ac.uk)

Hiya lee w , yeah thnks thatd be nice, im well excited, but also quite scared, what happens if it all goes wrong, and i end up coming back 2 weeks later with my tail between my legs?!

no probs,i know the feeling because i cant take alot of money over with me...ive gotta sort a job out asap when i get there! aslong as i have enough for a months accomodation and food and drink i'll be alrite

Btw, please note my sarcasm is purely a poor disguise for my extreme jealously at you getting to spend the whole season out there, when I will only manage a few flying visits.

I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time you lucky cow :lol:
 
Sarah if you're there for June 3-7 there will be a load of us over there for Space and DC10 opening parties :)

....including Buckley, so you can give him a swift kick in the Jacobs for being so sarcy ;)
 
Thanks, im taking all this on board. Im not so worried about meeting people over there as it appears loads of people are in the same boat, its just the thought of booking an initial holiday for a couple of weeks as i normally would, and being on my own then, id be well lonely in the apartment on my own and during the day etc. Dyu think a lot of people will be in the same situation, i mean i cant exactly turn up to a club on my own and just stand there!!!! Aaaargh! This is why i need aome buddies to go there with!!
 
P.S i will also think about kicking jim in the jacobs, even if i dont know what he looks like, im sure i will be able to smell out that sarcasm!!

Poor Jim - I dole out the sarcasm, he gets all the punishment!

Re your other post in the world, if there's anywhere in the world you can walk into a club on your own, it's Ibiza. Happens frequently when mates wimp out in the morning and you toddle off to Space, leaving them to sleep and get burnt at Bora Bora.
 
yeah, get people on msn, get chatting to them now. I doubt you'd find yourself on your own even if you didnt arrange with anyone before you went out. turn up in any decent looking bar, sit at the bar, order a drink, and you'll have a new set of friends within half an hour. this works a treat in any scottish pub abroad!
 
Hey Sarah, Im thinking of going ibiza beginning of June prob fly from manchester. Ive booked a holiday in Ibiza for sep but ive now decided i wanna go for the whole summer and have the ibiza experience, 2 wks is not enough!! Im 20 yrs old and will be going out there on my own so need someone to share accomadation wi too.
