We've installed an internet radio server on a site I help run and i'll be looking for some mixes to stream. I've got some good dj's lined up and the schedule is tbc but I wanted to extend the offer to all of you. You dont have to be a superstar, as long as you can hold a mix together and play some good tunes then you can be on there. We wont be having thousands of listeners or anything so its not high profile in the slightest but just a bit of fun really. If people from here play then no doubt a fair few spotlighters will tune in too.
If you want to play live then you'll need your setup to be run into your comp and then I will sort you out with a small program that streams the music to our server. You will need broadband i'm afraid, at least 128kbps upload. This means ntl 600/700k users, adsl and above.
If you're not worried about live then you can just upload an mp3 of the mix or send me a cd.
It might be a couple of weeks till this gets off the ground because I have a few things to organise first.
