Walkies! (any walking groups?)

Any walking groups on the island? I love to get out and about, but don't have a car at the moment. I love wildlife, nature and stopping to look at slug trails, spider webs and pretty clouds.

and there's a 'wednesday walkers' group of 'older' people who do a weekly hike through the country usually taking in a bar on the way.
