...I changed my moby price plan not long ago to get more free midweek minutes and without telling me, they completely took away my free weekend calls.
I've been on the phone too all sorts of numbers ALL DAY on Sat/Sun.
As a result, my expected £60 bill is in the region of £300.
Not sure what to do but VERY pissed off. GRRRRRRRR.
I call Vodafone customer services and get put on hold for 20 minutes.
How can these (unts get away with treating people like this?
Such bad karma for them - I hope the director has a long, slow, painful death on the way home from work.
