visting the salt flats

Are there no buses to salt flats in April, just looked at Ibiza bus and it looks like theres only 2 buses a day,that go there,the last one leaving Las Salinas about 1.30 pm,
wanted to take grandkids ,but looks like it might not be possible now :x
 
Thought you were going to take the plunge and rent that car, Heather ? All these bus problems will instantly disappear and a whole new world will open up :).
 
Hubby isnt keen on driving abroad, :(, probably due to the factl ast time we rented a car in Spain,a Spanish driver hit us, :x:x:x

It's a bit like falling off the proverbial horse, though isn't it ? Either you give up or get back in the saddle... Ibiza roads are pretty friendly out of peak season and as long as you have proper insurance on the rental car you'll be fine. I see equal levels of driving in UK on a regular basis to be honest - at much more dangerous speeds.
 
well you you could get the airport bus from san an then walk 20mins.or 3 then 14 to pdb.get off at bahamas hotel.turn right at island walk up then left.40 mins say.or you could get off at palladium hotel and walk across the fields.
 
When we go in 2 weeks there isnt an airport bus from san An, :(, so we,ll have to get bus to Ibiza ,then either bus to airport,or bus to PDB, I dont mind a 40 min walk, but we,re taking teenagers who arent keen on walking far, :roll::roll::roll:
so best bet is probably bus to airport,
although if we,re in Ibiza town by 1pm on the monday we cud get the bus straight to ses salinas ,which will probably be better, then just have to work out how to get back,
Kids want to go to Bora Bora beach,even though theres nothing on at this time of year,n its likely to be deserted,:lol:
so its going to be easier walking straight down rd from salt flats into PDB isnt it.
 
google yourself a map.blow it up so you can see roads.i would copy each section paste on paper so you have a bigger map.fun day out why not.forgot your going in april.
