VIP Tables in Clubs...

Howdy, I was wondering if it is worth it to get VIP tables/area in Ibiza clubs (I've been last year already). I was partying in Vegas with a friend from Miami and we got a table, needless to say we soon had 8 girls with us.
Personally, I think getting tables for nights like Manumission might be counterproductive as you would miss the show, same for Cream. It does seem like a good idea for Pacha though.
1. If you get VIP (500Euros in Pacha) do you get in for free or still have to buy tickets? Are the VIP areas going to be deserted/no atmosphere?(In July)

2.Does ElDivino have a VIP area, or if you eat in the restaurant it is already VIP and you can keep the table for the rest of the night?

3. If you eat in the Clubs restaurant, do you get rebates on the VIP?

I don't particularly care for VIP, bur some of my friends do, so I was hoping I can get some input on this.

Only done Pacha VIP tables once and i got it for free, Darling ;)

Rather not bother TBH

Only things tables are good for in Ibiza is to dance on.

Why not email the clubs direct from their websites?

Only been in El Divinos VIP area and to be honest it's not that clever.

Also they vitually double the price of drinks :?

I was in there once as well - during my first visit to Ibiza. Nothing too exciting, really. I prefer to be down in the crowd (or, in El Divino's case, out on the terrace)

I don't see how VIP would be any fun in Ibiza... mingling with the crowd is like 95% of the fun! :P

I love to talk and get to know all kinds of people from all over the world... you know.. walk around and share a drink and a smoke. Have a laugh, flirt... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah how I miss Ibiza! Can't wait.

I tend to think that the VIP takes the chill factor out of it a little.. :?

I guess that's why I like less formal spots like Bora Bora, DC10 and Space.. people are just people!

the big question - are you really a VIP?

no?

then why pretend?

VIP areas in ibiza are pointless. If you spend enough money that makes you a VIP.

Same here, but thought that it was completely worth it. That would be the only place where I would consider getting a table at though.

The VIP bit in Pacha is basically in the middle of the dancefloor, the people in there are dancing, lookin in from the outside it looks like they're havin a good time anyway!

Well, personally, I think in North America it is worth it. The general crowds are just a bunch of jerks, peasants and drunk loosers (Montreal). Actually in my favourite club there, there were nicer people in VIP (fewer posers!!!!) hot girls and the drinks were more expensive, but had sooo much alcohol!!! One drink will last the night...
