VIP @ Cream dress code??

I've bought all my tickets for this summer through Ibiza spotlight, and on the ticket it says that for VIP @cream amnesia that you can't wear shorts or a t shirt in the VIP area, I was in the VIP area last year on July 3rd and I was wearing shorts, my ticket was purchased just before the event last year and not through spotlight, very confused if I can't wear shorts i'l be sweating my arse off:eek:

I'd say you got lucky. Chances are you might get lucky again... but given Amnesia is (I'm guessing) a fair taxi ride away from your accommodation, is it really worth risking being turned away and sent back to change?

Some linen trousers will sort you out and won't overheat you.

When we go up onto the VIP terrace my boyfriend always wears jeans that night just incase.. Too much money to chance it lol

Had tickets for Cream VIP 3 Years ago and I wore shorts thinking I would chance it. I was told I had to be wearing trousers/jeans to get up there and they wouldn't let me up. Said my ex could but not me. Spent all night on the Dancefloor and we had a blinder. I wouldn't chance it.

it's mad last year me and 5 of my mates wore shorts and they were totally fine, think i'l wear jeans this time around, oh well 3 weeks on Thursday til I'm there for part 1

Wore shorts the last 2 years never had a problem. Though there has always been a fair few people with jeans/pants on, all the doormam seemed concerned about was whether I had a vip stamp to go up.

The question isn't whether you have gotten away with it in the past, or whether you will again, the question is: what is the official policy. Cos that's the smallprint that'll bite you in the ass.

Get a doorman in a shitey mood and protests of "I did it before so I assume i could do it again" will fall on deaf ears.

I think it has always been a no shorts policy. Think it's just a case of try it and see they may let you in they may not

I'd rather wear shorts downstairs and definitely get in and try my luck than get turned away with a VIP ticket. It won't be that sweaty anyway since Calvin Harris isn't on.

I had the same feeling last year.

I got in wearing knee length jean shorts.

We bought normal tickets off here. Then at amnesia we upgraded.

It's not a bung as much as it was €30 extra per person at the door as opposed to €20 extra on here.

My thought is if there and if your offering to give them €30 extra they are gaining but of you buy here they can turn you away.

I wear shorts everywhere in IBZ apart from Pacha (which is annoying as its the warmest club) as I usually go to the restaurant first! Can't imagine wearing trousers in Amnesia!

Call me old fashioned, but as a minimum I always wear dress trousers. Sometimes a T Shirt with them, but always dress trousers.
