a villa within walking distance from the west end..... 
..... that remains me of this morning when i was in marina botafoc talking with the doorman of a brand new complex of apartments and this couple from albacete in mainland spain pop in asking "do you know of any apartment for sale around here? something small and not very expensive? yeah, and with sea views".....
we had to explain to them that theres nothing small around there and everything is ridiculously expensive ! !

My mates are currently staying in a villa located on a path behind the Sa Capella restaurant in San An.
It's about a 15-20 walk to the egg and about 4-5 Euro in a taxi from the rank to get back.
Cost them £250 each for their week.
