videoshoot in ibiza .... !!

Hello people of the board;
i have been asked to be location manager on a videoshoot, taking place in march for a new danceact; naturally i have convinced the label that we shoot it in ibiza and already in the middle of march maybe early april,so preparations are to be made asap,

i need to know a little bit more about legal stuff before we fly down to take piccies of location - and maybe u even have some good ideas for us where to shoot some of the scenes;

1. we need acceess - for obvious reasons - to electricity!
2. do we need to ask the towns for an official permission and get a written permission,?my guess is yes - but where and who do we ask?
3. we need a good but not too pricey villa in march but all rents start in april and it might be too late, recoms needed
4. will the weather be disasterous?

i can see zhy you might think this; buyt NO ONE from the label knows anything about ibiza other than pictures and pays me to find out and find locztions so i dont see why it would hurt to ask about legal stuff. i pretty much know where we are going to shoot the thing, i just dont know if we need to get legal permisson to do this or not. thats all, so your answer really didnt help me a lot dear

3. you can still get villas in the off peak season, some of them are amazingly cheap, do a search on yahoo or google for 'ibiza villas' and there are literally hundreds of websites. I'm afraid you'll have to do the hard work

4. weather8) .......weather is never disastrous in ibiza, even in snow, wind and rain, it is truly spectacular. by march and april there will be plenty of sunny days, although not scorchingly hot, but for a video shoot, i'm sure it will sunny enough to give the impression its really hot. obviously there are some rain and overcast skies during mar/apr but not an abundance of them. i reckon it'd be fine.

haha yes thank you there, but i was told earlier by another ibicental: dont count on electricity because of the fact that lot of secluded beaches DONT have electricity as they´re too far away from a sotre or place that can provide it.
we are currently checking the legal status of the thing and postponed the recording until early april. the vilal we want is free and yes! amazingly cheap so we´re happy. we´re sure it will be great and again: i only hope that time will allow me to go there, because april is soooo busy already for me
