Has anyone stayed at the Vara de Rey guest houses? I'm an Ibiza virgin- wondering how this place is. Also, is the location good for experiencing a little bit of everything?
 
I stayed here in the summer of 2002. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a basic room. It's clean, safe, economical, and centrally located.
 
i stayed there last year, and i am staying there again this year (3rd-10th of july) i really reommend it, clean, comfortable, cheap and really friendly people that run it (with the worlds largest dog),the location is suerb also, it is less than a 5 min walk away from the harbour with all the good restaurants, bars etc, it also has a roof terrace with views of ibiza of the old town, we spent loads of time last year on the roof after being out etc..i really recommend this place.....
 
Thanks for the help! Joseph- hopefully I'll be seeing you in July! I'm going to be there July 9th-13th. Hopefully you'll be able to cope with a blond American girl and her mates.
 
the 9th! argghh , thats our last day!! oh well, at least we'll be able to say hi, i can even give you the lowdown on whats good and whats not etc...

it's a tiny place so we will bump into each other..see you there!!

p.s of course I could cope with a blonde american and her mates!!! :lol:
