V Funny - Spanish commentary on sat

this might be arabic, doesn't sound spanish to me.
Before the goal I thought it was a very "closed" spanish from someone from the south, but then I heard it's proper arabic

The Arabic writing in the upper right corner of the screen kind of gives it away
My sports bar sometimes takes feeds from that channel. In fact, we watched the first 10 minutes of Barcelona v Chelsea on that channel until they switched it to English on ESPN (with a minute of NTV in Russian in between!)
