HELP!!!!!

don't worry a2i, i'm a whopping 20 kilos more now than when i first came to ibiza and i've found that size isn't an issue here.

I definately agree with Stephen. It's like age. Ibiza is great for everybody! If you don't come than you will regret it. As soon as you get off of the plane you'll know that everything is great!

don't worry about your size!! Go to Ibiza and enjoy yourself :)

Size issues of late have become ridiculous, size 0 and all that crap! Girls like that look awful. Embrace the fuller figure. Be proud of what you have got and make the most of your best assests :)

4 weeks is a long time anyway! Not that size 18 is that big anyway. I dare say you'd look like a dwarf next to me but I couldn't care.

As a woman I know how it feels when you go on holiday and have to lie next to size 0 woman on the beach by the pool ect... and no matter what bf/hubby says it don't make you feel any better...but you could lose about a stone in four weeks if you wanted to... by just cutting down and exercising I know it's boring but it works!!

Although I understand you perfectly... 'cause I never have been as fat as this year... i don't recognise me on the mirror... think... you're on holidays... holidays... holidays... ;)

I would agree with kristy08, as a woman, it is so hard when you look around on the beach and think that everyone else is primed to perfection in their bikinis!

I have heard that the military fitness training gets results pretty quick, however it does hurt like hell, so it depends what your pain threshold is like! 8O

if you want to lose some weight you have lots of time :)

If you don't like going to a gym, run home from work. Try and run about 30mins 3x a week. One of the best ways to lose weight fast. Then have a strict healthy diet. No goodies as you only have 4 weeks to go :(

Then on the nights you haven't ran home do squats and lunges - great for your bum.

Then sit ups and press ups for your upper strength.

Have a look on this website, don't be put off by the beef cakes  This website shows excellent exercises you can do at home :)

I am running twice a week, pilates twice a week - eating really healthily since I found out my Cholesterol was scarily high 8O

I couldnt exercise for a month after my operation in March but since doing the abovel I have lost 3kg in 4 weeks - BUT I still cant fekkin tell!!!!!!

.......tried by bikini's on from last year - I could have cried!!!

Damn this packing in smoking and comfort eating for nearly a year.....:spank::spank::spank::spank:

Running can be bad for your knees and ankles, especially if you are overweight. Choose an activity that you can stick at (will you run in mid winter?) and continue with into old age. Nobody is fat because they dont run.
Most overweight people got that way from eating too much.
The main things is to start eating less.
Lose fat at about 1-2lbs per week. Any more than this will often trigger cravings in you and cause over eating binges. (ever hear of yo-yo dieting?)
Dont skip meals. It doesnt work.
Eat meals at your usual times but eat a little less.
If you are responsible for buying your own food then stop buying crap foods.

2 weeks solid clubbing 30 hrs on and off and living of half a slice of pizza a day will do the trick, if you survive it!! I did it once! never again. As the man says its like age, no one else will care but you, and why should you if you are having fun, which you will!!

Don't worry too much hun, its the perfect excuse to buy a whole new wardrobe!
:D

I know how you feel. Me, I`m hoping to reach 80 lbs before my vacation starts. But once again you have some time to drop some weight, and besides you`ll really regret if you don`t go. And dancing all night long helps to loose weight perfectly)) stay strong)

Tony, so sorry to hear that.
