Underwater v's Subliminal

Saffy tugs the other way ...

Actually .. if it werent for the line up at the opening party i would have gone to subliminal

I should say subliminal- but I do think Underwater will blow everyone away-shame im not doin underwater actually :(

Normally I’d say Subliminal but I think Emerson has better line ups so I’ll go with Underwater.

OOh yes .. well, I WILL be there next Tuesday! Am going to waner along to Mambo for the supposed pre party thing before the opening ... then wander along to Pacha - gonna go fairly early I think, as I want to look round the club before it fills, and take in the atmosphere as it does fill up!

I'm excited!

underwater

Underwater - Darren Emerson, Tim Deluxe and Neil Anthony, SLAM; Global Room : Tim Westwood

This looks wicked!!
I wouldn't miss the chance of seeing the SLAM duo at Pacha for anything.

About time!

But now I have got even more of a dilemma, want to do Soul Heaven to see Kerri Chandler and was going to knock Subliminal on the head cos can't face Erick playing Shiny Disco Balls again  but if he's been out and bought some new records I just don't know what to do now :?

Kerri or Erick :?

It would have to be Kerri for me, absolutely amazing.

As much as I love Mr Morrillo I've seen him a million times, Kerri Chandler isn't about as much and sets are slightly rarer.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking and we're going back in Sept as well so can catch Erick then.

Also will be change to go to Pin-Up cos at the moment I may as well set up camp in Pacha this year :P

I'm guessing you're an arches man??

I'm an Arches girl. :P

I only really go to Pressure or Death Disco, cant be bother with the Colours or Inside Out nights.

Sub Club is my fave club in Glasgow though. :D

Slam are rockin.

Neil Anthiny is pretty good as well, he used to run Do This Do That at my student's union in Dundee before the night simply got too big and moved to Edinburgh

Never been to the Sub CLub, really dying to see Harri and Dominic

Yeah, I really like Neil Anthony too - just got a mix tape of his a couple of weeks ago. Thats a bit crap moving a night to a completley different city!!!

In 1995 (or thereabouts) we went to see Harri play in a tiny club up in Peterhead of all places - more like a pub with a dancefloor n speakers upstairs - anyway, if I remember rightly, he was warming up for Michael Kilkie and after his set, we played pool in the bar downstairs. We were both pretty trolleyed and ended up taking on some locals in a game of doubles - dunno what they must have thought - They both had their own cues with them whereas we couldn't even see the balls properly, let alone play!!!

We lost.

And missed Kilkies set.

Harri and Domenic are class. IMO they’re better than the majority of the big name DJs. They’ve never failed to impress me and I've yet to come out of Sub Club without having an amazing night.
