Isn't this moving the problem? School kids couldn't get to school because the clubbers were leaving the disco, now they will be late because all the clubbers arrive
so did this actually work? I can think of nothing worse than waiting outside a club at 6am for two hours... 2 hours is a long time when you're f***ed / cold
Surely it would be better to keep everyone inside and not let them leave all at once until 8am at least..?
