Two more days of Tube striking

Zero symphony. About time they sacked the lot of them and made all the trains driverless!

Sadly that's not an overnight job! We're decades off that without throwing ALOT of money at the tube network. Tens of billions. This strike will cause so much trouble for the start of the bank holiday August weekend. It won't just be the public, it'll be a huge number of businesses taking a hit in London because people won't come down.

Thoroughly enjoyed the last one as I was able to work from home. This time though I'm going to have to face the nightmare of a commute with no tube so they'll get no support from me. My political sympathies seem to extend to what is inconveniencing me least at that very moment. Workers exercising their democratic rights? Long-term implementation of a fit-for-purpose mass-transport system? No, all I'm bothered about is having to fight to get on a bus that won't be going anywhere in clogged up traffic.
