Have you thought about booking up an 18-30 holiday, its a cheap way of getting to the island and the hotels are mostly based right in the heart of San An, despite the rumours, they do not knock you up at 9am every morning. Yes - Infact with some companies they will not hire a scooter out to anyone under 25, because of insurance reasons!
