I stopped there last year and was more than happy with it.

Negatives - Not exactly friendly staff
Rooms very basic

Positives - Right on the beach (the rooms at the front have a great seaview)
Excellent bar and pool (not owned by the hotel)
2 minutes from Bora Bora down the beach

I would have gone again this August but was to expensive, will be there again in 2013 though I imagine.

(PS is that Craig B? If so there are a couple of Tur Palas pics on my FB I think)

It looks fine to me,better location than ebanu too.Being right on the beach is a big bonus we have 2 kids with us 12 and 5yrs.

Never read those reviews myself.people always find something to moan about.I have stayed in some $hitholes over the years in Ibiza and still have a great time.As long as the room is clean we`re happy...

be nice if you get a front seaveiw room.if not happy with it,nip next door to the sal rossa.use there pool etc.so long as you buy some food and drinks they won;t mind at all.

I always read the reviews, so never end up in some $hithole....result !

If I go away with the family or have a little romantic trip then Tripadvisor is a must. I just find that my expectations for an Ibiza trip tend to be a little lower than most who post their reviews.

We got a seaview room on 2nd floor and was very happy with it.Very basic room but nice and quite away from busy road.would def stay there again.as said before the pool area is not owned by the hotel and is called Beach Palas and is really nice and has loads of beds and shaded chillin areas.260euro room for 1 week for 4pp aint bad. :)
