Tune ID (sample included) from fusions-sets

In the great posts from "fusion" with the downloadable sets I always find something I love and I'm not getting what it is. (Unfortunately there is just very few times a playlist to find of theses sets) Perhaps you can help me with this one:
From the post of May 25th in the set:
