Just got back, heard this tune a few times. It's a laid back chilled house track with some booooo(!) type synth drums and it uses the Soul II Soul - Back to Life vocal. At the begining it uses the 'What's going on' bit and after a break down uses the 'Feel the melody that's in the air' bit.
