It's a bootleg of RAW Asuca. It came out early last year doubt you'll be able to get it on vinyl but MAY be on soulseek or similar. Just can't remember the name of it.....

Have a look for the original though because it'll always be one of my favourite house tracks of ALL time....

(then they ruined it by releasing it with a mad stuntman vocal on it and calling it raise your hands )
