Tune Id - 'can everyone in the club calm the f**k down'

Remembered this tune the other day, really want to know what it is! I think Jon Carter played it at the Red Nose Day event on Radio 1 a while ago. It says 'can everyone in the club (music stops)...CALM THE F**K DOWN!!' then really kicks in.
