I am going to Ibiza next month with a few lads and i was wondering if they are any types of trips/excursions on, ie school discos, foam parties, booze cruises etc?

Check out the Party Calender on this website - that should give you some idea about foam parties etc (Es Paradis is the one that springs to mind).
Booze Cruises/Pre-party Boat trips - from San An Harbour - you will probably find info from the flyers you will be inundated with during your stay. Your hotel/holiday reps will also have information on this....
if you find a freestyles/18-30 rep (*spits*
), i'm pretty sure you can pay to go on the excursions even if you are not on one of their holidays, providing they have availability.
ask them, they are always looking to sell these type of things as thats how they make their money.
they do their own booze cruises and BBQs and do parties at es paradis during the day also.

Don't be such a snob! Ibiza is for everyone whether you like it or not!
I personally would not book a typical "booze cruise" however I am considering one of the sunset cruises which I will book through one of the wee "phonebox" places. Try the mariner for loads of boat based activities.
As regards foam parties I can't advise - sorry.
