Sunday
Landed at around 7pm, and as usual as the plane touched down i looked at my brother and said "welcome home" quickly collected our bags (first 4 bags out, result!) then made our way to the taxi rank to head to good old san an. Got to our apartments (mar i vent) dropped off the bags and headed straight for mambo for the sunset
Time for the first mistake of the holiday, in all my friends' excitement he decided a looky looky man would help him find his friend Charlie, hello 30 euros worth of tissue..... O well
After mambo we went back to the apartment for a quick change and headed off for a messy one down the west end, can't really remember that much from that night except for waking up to my mate telling me how he got confused, ended up in the wrong hotel and argued with the receptionist for ages as he was convinced it was the hotel were staying in!!
Monday
Woke up luckily without a sore head! We all decided a quick trip to Ibiza town was on the cards so off we went, the heat was incredible so unfortunately we ended up coming back fairly quickly, so back to the hotel for some pre-drinks it was!
We decided Tiesto was the right choice for tonight as one of us hadn't been to privilege before, so off to the west end we went to get a bit merrier and to see a friend doing a season! Unfortunately we ended up a bit messier than we thought and ended up missing Tiesto, but we ended up having one of the best nights ever by simply sitting on the balcony of our room!!
Tuesday
Woke up feeling totally fresh so off to the car rental company to pick up our car, when we got there they told me they didn't have our car and would have to give us a free upgrade, what a shame!! We jumped in and drove straight to Blue Marlin simply to see what all the fuss is about, got there and i can see why people like it but tbh it wasn't for me, i don't enjoy being round people who show off with money :/ got back in the car and headed for the salt planes, found a lovely cocktail bar by the beach and had by far the best cocktail of my life! Was reasonably priced in my opinion at 12 euros considering the perfect location! Sat here for a good few hours then drove back and hit up the curry house opposite davids in san an. Last year the food was brilliant but this year it was terrible, everything we ordered bar the starters with tasteless. It wasn't that expensive however and filled us all up so i wasn't that bothered. Back to the hotel now for some more drinks.
Time for the second mistake of the holiday, the same friend managed to get hold of some regretimine, and decided to do half of it at once, ten mins later he has passed out and has to call it a night!
3 of the 5 of us were alright though so we popped to the west end to have a few last cocktails and then got the bus to sankeys (full on ferry and it was free!!) got there and i must say it's totally different to any of the other clubs but it was still brilliant, probably only 300 people tops but we still ended up staying till closing! One of my fave nights, and i will defiantly be back there next year!! (We went the same night as the review on here)
Wednesday
Woke up and got straight back into the car and drove to portinax, had a nice pizza on the beach front then had a few hours' sleep on the beach as the others swam. Got a phone call off my parents who happened to be in portinax as well so had a quick drink with them then drove back to the hotel, had some pre drinks again and went off to Ibiza rocks for Katy b and magnetic man. This was honestly the highlight of my holiday and i left with a tear in my eye! They both totally smashed it! After we popped back for a shower and decided a few drinks on the west end would be wise then an early night, however for some reason i decided 8 pints of cocktails was a good idea!! Woke up with no memory of the night and still very drunk!!!
Thursday
Didn't feel hungover today just wasted still so unfortunately ended up driving nowhere which was a total waste of the car but o well!! Stayed in the room till 7 then went to Tijuana for a meal, the starters were beyond good, but the mains were all cheese! Every main had a good block of cheese in it, o well we won't be going there again unfortunately. Popped back to the hotel for drinks then off to the west end to get truly smashed! 1am came so we got the free bus to amnesia, unfortuantly we missed it so we got the one to privilege and walked which wasn't bad. What an amazing night! sanda van dorn was by far my favourite and we stayed there till around 6.
Friday
Woke up and got in the car, drove to playa den bosa and got a quick pizza, one of us was expecting to be paid that day but for some reason he couldn't withdraw any money, put a bit of a downer on things but we sorted it! Came back to san an and dropped the car off (we didn't use the car as much as we should this year but no regrets it was only 120 euro for 4 days!!) Back to the hotel and had a few drinks then went again to the west end, got tickets for space and got the buss to bosa, unfortunately there was loads of delays and it ended up taking 2 hours to get there!! arrived to see jaguar skills and although this isn't particularly music you expect to hear in Ibiza i loved every second of it!! Got home about 6am
Saturday
Our last day and night, we woke up way to late this day so ended up having a quick shop then watched the sunset (with a tear in my eye) then got a pizza. Back to the hotel for some drinks and a shower and tbh the Ibiza blues hit me bad!! Loads of talk about how we should miss out flight etc, few tears but eventually we managed to get ourselves together for one last night. Decided due to funds that we would just go to the west end, got absolutely smashed then went back and all had a heart to heart on the balcony till the early hours of the morning!!

Did nothing but wait for our flight, took off with a tear in my eye wishing it was 2012 already!
Conclusion
1) it may have been my 14th trip but the depression when you leave doesn't get any easier
2) I will do a season one year
3) I still love ok corral on the west end, it may not be the poshest place around but i love the people and it's cheap!
4) The people i went with this year were the best so far!
5) I LOVE Ibiza still and always will!!
