Book your space as the last ever weekly Tribal Sessions takes a bow on 23rd May. To make sure it goes out with a bang, seminal Danish producer TrentemØller will be making a very rare UK visit to this famous Manchester dance foor.
For the last eight years Tribal Sessions has been Sankey's weekly flagship party, now the Tribal team has decided to shake things up and make it monthly to be able to devote more time to some bigger Tribal events.
The move is certainly not a sign of downsizing. It's part of a fabulous master plan which will help cement Manchester as the UK's current top clubbing destination. This umbrella plan is currently top secret but will be announced over the next few weeks.
David Vincent explains ''Putting on a weekly party of this scale takes a vast amount of time, energy and creative powers which is incredibly tiring for the whole team. Monthly parties will mean we can spend our time putting together more spectacular parties with bigger line-ups. It will also give our fans a bigger sense of occasion to look forward to each each month. I want to make it more of a one off party event. Also I'm getting a it old so I only want to come to the club once a month."
Greg Vickers continues; "We're also incredibly proud to have TrentemØller headlining out final weekly send-off. He very rarely gets to play in the UK so this is going to be an enormous treat for everyone, including me. He is a musical genius and undoubtedly the king of minimal. His productions have an incredible ethereal quality which make his music completely captivating and addictive. This is going to be one Tribal no-body should miss!"
