Hello hello,

I'm heading to Ibiza in July from Toronto, Canada to party it up. For Space, do you need to buy tickets to get into the club on, say, a Sunday night? Or for one of their Matinee parties? Anyone have any suggestions as to where to stay or where the best place to meet new people is? I want to be in the loop before I get there!

U need a ticket for most of the big clubs listed in the party calender. You may get lucky and get a free pass if ur in the right place during the day. Always get a ticket b4 you go though, it'll be alot more expensive buying one on the door.

As for accomodation, the choice is your. I'm staying in San An Bay but San An, PDB and Ibiza Town are all good choices and still make clubbing easy.

You won't have any difficulty getting a ticket for Space (or any other club) over there - there are loads of ticket outlets in Ibiza where you can either get tickets in advance or on the same day (or you can buy tickets from this site).

In terms of where to stay, head for Ibiza Town if you want to be somewhere with a more international feel, loads of bars, Pacha, El Divino, good shops etc but quite pricey; head to Talamanca if you want to be near Ibiza Town (5 mins by boat/cab, 25 mins walk) but in a quiet resort with an OK (but fairly quiet) beach; head to Playa D'en Bossa or Figueretas if you want to be near Space, Bora Bora, etc - quite a lively beach here and not far to Ibiza Town. Otherwise head to San An if you want to stay somewhere that tends to be a bit cheaper with loads of English - plenty of decent bars there and Eden, Es Paradis and the sunset strip etc. If you're in any of those resorts you'll be near enough to have things on your doorstep or be within a bus or cab ride to anywhere else lively.
