I just booked my ticket online for the ferry from Ibizia to Valencia. In my confirmation it says I need to pick up the ticket within the next (3) days or they cancel it. I live in the US so that is not a possibility. Has anyone have any information on this will they mail the tickets to me??

townsend mate you need to call the company you booked it with URGENTLY and explain you situation FAST


get them to send you the tickets, u dont wanna be missing your ferry :D

Yes, call them. They got a line for calls in English, so you will able to explain them the situation. You'll see the number in their website.
 
This is the number:

902 45 46 45

but I was wrong, it's the same for calls in all languages. However they should have some operator for calls in English.

902 lines are free or very low cost (don't remember)
but I'm not sure if it'll cost anything from a foreign country.
Anyway you have to add 34 before the phone number to call to Spain.

let us know how you get on, in the UK it is a total pain to book tickets - i'm doing valencia to ibiza at the end of august and can only go thru an agent in london, who happen to be closed at the weekends and reluctant to return my calls.
