You can get taxis at any time altho be warned that taxis back from Amnesia can be a nightmare at the end of the night as it's basically a free-for-all
You can get buses from outside Amnesia be again there'll be busy but you'll get on one in the end.You can get bus from San An - Ibiza Town, then another bus from Ibiza Town to PDB.
Ibiza Town is lovely to walk around, and you could also check out the beach @ Talamanca which is quite chilled with some nice restaurants.

san an to ibiza town and Playa d'en Bossa and back in the day
is a bus # 3 then walk down to other bus station get a bus # 14.to pdb.less than an hour....bus from san an runs on the hour and 1/2 hour.sometimes the bus may be full.but they put extra ones on to cover this.
but at 5am you will find it very busy to get around.
