First time I heard the original was Dry Bar, MAN and was a WTF moment, now it’s on almost every “best dance” album.
I suppose it’s a bit like Stardust. I don’t mind hearing, I’ve not gone off them as they are genius tracks. I’ve just had too much exposure.
I do prefer extremely stripped down remixes/re-edits of old tracks, in a “damn I know this from somewhere” way.
