Track with George Bush on!?

Heard a great track on the radio in Ibiza last weekend (92.5fm - bangin' hard house/prog/techno!) It was quite a hard tune, verging prog/tech house beat, and had George Bush talking over the top, but his words were "remixed" e.g. "We are launcing Operation Enduring Fear"... V. good tune with potential!!! Anybody know who it's by/what it's called/where to get it?!!
