sounds like a bootleg to me. A pop song with a drum loop. Your best bet is finding the original and then searching for 'remixes'.

The "pop song" mentioned above is from "HIM" called "Join me". That's where the piano loop is coming from:

But I have no idea about any remix like that. I'm quite sure it's just the piano loop laid over some housy track. Sorry
