Really tricky one to describe, but it sounds like (dont laff) the sound that comes from a seaside organ. Think 'I do like to be beside the seaside!'

They kept on sampling it with the cdjs and dropping it in now and again. I swear i heard a snippet of it on Pete Tongs part of the Essential Mix from Space terrace this year (but he didnt play the whole track)
