What age do they become a "veteran".
Erick Morillo is around the 40 year old mark now? I'd still pay to see him.
One huge omission - John Digweed. One of the hardest working and most consistent DJs out there. Eternally damned to be undervalued by his peers, a bit like someone who joined a firm as a tea boy and rose to Senior ManagementSaw him 3 times this Summer. Every time he delivered 100%.
A few years ago definitely, but I don't think he's into it these days.
He seems happy playing the hits now. I wouldn't pay to see him play this music -

- nearly everyone bar the die-hard Techno purists played it as the Summer wore on - from Mr C in Shoreditch & Fabric to Carl Cox& Sven in Ibiza ! It kind of became a hit as a result .. had heard it dropped so often in the end it just got boring through over-exposure and dubious placement in DJ sets.
Sven has had his ups & downs big time with some very self-indulgent sets in recent years but also some corkers. Word (whatever that is !) seems to be that on the whole he was much better this Summer. Nevertheless not much +ve feedback about his recent performance at BerMuDa in Berlin so guess you don't always get the best out of SV![]()
Speedy j is worth a mention imo
